Turning 16 is a big event in any young person’s life and I consider it a great honor to create an edible gift for the party.
It is a 2 tier, 5 layer vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting and covered in butter cream fondant. The zebra stripes are also made from fondant.
The bottom tier is decorated in pearls and bling stones, draped with a satin pink ribbon.
Gracing the top of the cake is an edible gum paste “16” finished in more bling stones.
This is a truly elegant way to start off a young lady’s 16th year of life and I am thankful I was chosen to create it for her.
