This combo consists of a 3 layer chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and covered in butter cream fondant. The “chocolate syrup and strawberry topping” are made from fondant as well. The sprinkles are made from gum paste and there is a gum paste spoon sticking out from the side of the bowl.
Finishing off the cake is frosting whipped cream and a fondant cherry. There is also a fondant cherry and gum paste sprinkles at the base of the bowl.
The second part of this combo is ice cream cone cake pops. These were so fun! There are 30 total. 15 chocolate and 15 vanilla. There is a ball of cake that acts like the scoop of ice cream inside each waffle cone. They are topped with melted chocolate and melted pink chips. Each has been dusted with sprinkles and they are topped with a frosting (whipped cream) dollop and finished with a fondant cherry.
I loved, loved, loved this cake. It was so much fun to create.
