I have been experimenting with colors and I have even tried using Wilton’s Icing Color: White-White. Although it is excellent when it comes to softening up those frosting that are a tad too dark, it is not a product I would use when mixing colors ahead of time.
Wilton’s Icing Color: White-White causes the icing color and frosting base to separate, which does not make for pleasant colors on your final product. Another thing to consider is when storing White-White. Even when carrying the bottle in a tote for travel, be sure the bottle is in an upright position. The lid can be tightly secured, but the contents of the bottle will still leak like crazy, once the seal is broken.
I recommend to all who are curious to try it for yourself. I personally would not use it again, but I encourage others to see what works best for you and I hope my tips help you as well.
